John Huber has merged his 18 years of IT project management experience with Ingersoll-Rand and his 8 years commercial real estate experience to target the emerging world of “Green”. Green Moose was established to provide consulting services to municipalities and all other entities wishing to further their knowledge and understanding of how to balance economic, environmental and social (housing, community) needs as projects, plans and initiatives move forward in our emerging economy.
John has significant technology skills including databases, presentations and research. His industrial experience provided added knowledge as green energy and alternatives fuels evolve.
John has worked in commercial real estate for 8 years with Chirico Properties with a focus on administration, property management, marketing, market analysis, and research.
For 18 previous years John served as systems project manager for Ingersoll-Rand, a manufacturing company where he helped provide software solutions for the company’s worldwide business units and defined system requirements for business process models, focusing on sales and service applications.
John grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Franklin University in Business Administration. John moved to Charlotte in 1986. John enjoys hiking with his black labs, traveling, reading, movies and new dining experiences.
